I picked high contrast for this. But man, today was rough so this is all I could muster out of me. It's simple, but it definitely contrasts everything I've done so far, haha. The usage of red ink will probably only happen here too.

CRYPTID HUNT'S BACKSTORY
Cryptid Hunt is a comic I am currently working on. It was an idea birthed from exploring forests at night with two friends back in 2018, walks which we would jokingly call "Cryptid Hunts". As we walked down a sidepath, train tracks on one side, school sportsfields on the other, I suddenly envisioned the scene as if it was in an indie RPG Maker game. That became the first vision for Cryptid Hunt.
Over the years as my art skills grew, and I truly came to appreciate how difficult creating a game is, I shifted my focus on to bringing Cryptid Hunt to life as a comic first and foremost. I hope to bring the story and characters that have been living in my head for years into reality. Maybe one day, a Cryptid Hunt game will be made. But for now, I wish to make the best comic I can.
I admit my goals are lofty but I want to finish this first chapter / issue by this Winter, hopefully DEC 2023. A very tight deadline for me, but I'm determined to finally produce something.
